Years of experience in sales and working in a facility management company have taught me one thing — hiring is no less than sales.

Just like sales teams chase leads, handle rejections, and keep following up, hiring teams do the same every single day. They source, convince, negotiate, and try to close the hire, and most candidates go cold just like sales leads.
